The beginning of 2021 was devastating for the transgender youth community as numerous anti-trans youth bills were submitted across the United States. The most prominent bills are lobbying to prevent trans youth from receiving life-saving healthcare and to prevent transgender youth (K-12) from participating on sports teams that align with their gender identity.

Affirming healthcare for transgender youth has proven to save lives, and organized sports have always provided children (including transgender kids) with a healthy outlet for stress, anxiety and depression. To take these support measures away from transgender youth will cause heightened anxiety and depression and in some cases self-harm and suicide. 

The NoGenderLines mission is to recruit a highly visible army of humans willing to proudly support transgender kids and ready to actively fight for their rights.

The suicide rate for trans youth is close to 50%...these kids need to know that they are loved and supported!
